Deadly Fetishes, Erotic Paranormal Romance, Eternal Press

Review by: Whipped Cream Romance, Fern

‘I loved this new version of vampires, as well as the laws that are in place to govern them. The tension is perfect, and provides you with just enough uncertainty to keep you on your toes. The new ideas and concepts are refreshing, while the sexual intensity builds into an inferno of dominance, submission, and desire.’

Sara’s Story, Book One: Suspicious Circumstances

Review by: Robin Wolfe, Author of Ink Me, Eternal Press

www.robinwolfe.com

I have just had the pleasure of reading Suspicious Circumstances, Kayden McLeod’s tale about polyamorous relationships among vampires. It’s a classic tale of a woman caught between two men, but there’s a fresh new twist on the tale: all the players are vampires, and all of them are kinky.

I found this book fascinating to read because it portrays the vampires as far less controlled than the vampires we usually see.. Also, there are tantalizing hints of the lead character’s background – perhaps this will be discussed further in the second book? I know that I, for one, want to know more about what went into making Sara such a powerful, intense character. Her struggle with herself is portrayed with sensitivity and care, and the exploration of the complexity of polyamory shows that the author has done her research.

I’d rate Suspicious Circumstances a big thumbs-up. Anyone into vampires should check it out – and if you aren’t into vampires yet, you should be!

Let’s just say that I am not going to give away to much of this story for those of you that are yet to read this tantalising tale. I will however say that Kayden has done well at creating characters that leap off the page at you and a world that is so real you can almost feel it. The characters are so vividly real that you could easily find yourself slipping inside of them and experiencing their world vicariously. And let’s not forget about the hot and steamy sex scenes that adorn the page, words are powerful, and Kayden’s words capture you, drawing you into Sara and Lorens world so that you can feel every brush and stroke upon your own flesh, and experience every kiss. It will definitely get your heart pumping for more reasons than one as the story pumps along drawing you along with it, so just be sure to have your B.O.B nearby if your alone, just in case things get a little too hot to handle.
